I love art (movies, comics, photography) & silly things. Won't you join me in the carnival that is life?
  • 20 years later Pulp Fiction is just as intense and visceral as it was when it was released. The Tarantino classic is easily one of the best films of the 1990s and one of the greatest of independent cinema. The dialogue, the story, and the overall craftsmanship is what makes this film a Tarantino masterpiece.

All those moments will be lost in time, like… tears… in rain. Time to die…” – Blade Runner (1982)

Painting (titled “Soliloquy”) from my solo show! Inspired by Rutger Hauer’s beautiful (and partially unscripted!) final scene. I nearly died working on this, it was so difficult… but I’m happy with how it finally turned out! Limited edition prints are available here.

"I don’t know why he saved my life. Maybe in those last moments he loved life more than he ever had before. Not just his life, anybody’s life, my life. All he’d wanted were the same answers the rest of us want. Where did I come from? Where am I going? How long have I got? All I could do was sit there and watch him die."

    Love it

  • I was so happy to know that my wife had not seen Leon. It was just as great to watch it again especially through new eyes. What a classic.

  • Oblivion could have been cool, but as Tron Legacy showed is this director can not pace and tell a story well but can give us some sweet eye candy every once in a while.

  • I’ve been wanting to see The Third Man for years! Finally got around to it thanks to the handy library and it was well worth the wait. The story, the acting, the cinematography, everything is running on all cylinders. Love it.

  • I liked it when it came out, got sick of it after it exploded, and ten years later I enjoyed it all over again. It’s quirky and weird and fun and weird! The dance is classic still.

  • Stop while your behind Sony. Going further into this Spider-Man Universe is something you should not be attempting. I know this because this poster perfectly shows that you have learned nothing after Spider-Man 3. This film is overpacked, has nearly no plot, and has all the problems of Spidey 3, YIKES.
